YOUR RESERVATION
Your reservation is definitive once it has been confirmed in writing by us, following payment of the deposit. All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
These must be indicated at the time of booking, but are not guaranteed by us. They will be taken into consideration as far as possible and depending on availability.
ACCOMMODATION
The number of persons indicated per accommodation or per pitch corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into account the equipment available (including babies and children). This number cannot be exceeded for insurance reasons.
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodation. Sunêlia L'Orangerie de Lanniron is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of any kind during or after your stay.
Day visitors without overnight stay are allowed under the responsibility of their hosts after having reported their identity to the reception and paid their visit fee upon arrival, regardless of the time spent on the Domaine. Parking is only allowed in the reception car park at the entrance to the Domaine.
DEPOSIT
In accommodation, a deposit of 400 € will be required on arrival. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay or cancelled 5 days after your departure, after deduction of any costs incurred in restoring the premises and/or the value of missing or damaged equipment.
A lump sum will be retained if the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, this is not the case if you have end-of-stay cleaning included.
RATES
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT (10%). In the event of a change in VAT, prices including VAT are subject to change. No brochure can be guaranteed to be error-free. Please ask for confirmation of prices at the time of booking, only the prices shown on your invoice will be binding. The prices of the Canal and Field House are without VAT.
These prices include water, electricity (up to 10 KWh/day), parking for one vehicle, access to the leisure facilities, the gardens and the 45-hectare park, entertainment (except for those indicated with an extra charge) and services.
Our accommodation is equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery, furniture, duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels are not systematically included in the price of the stay. However, they can be provided on request at an additional cost. Cleaning at the end of your stay is not systematically included in the price of your stay. It can also be requested as an extra.
TOURIST TAX
The amount of the tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay. This amount is fixed every year by the authorities. It is per night and per person of age (18 years and over).
FILE FEES
A processing fee of 30 € will be charged when you make a reservation for an open-air pitch or accommodation.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
✔ For bookings made more than 30 days before your planned arrival date, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay, plus the booking fee, must be paid at the time of booking.
✔ The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival date.
✔ For bookings made less than 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, the full amount of the stay plus the booking fee must be paid at the time of booking.
On receipt of your booking request, Sunêlia l'Orangerie de Lanniron will send you, depending on availability, a rental confirmation.
However, it is advisable to telephone to check availability before sending your letter.
Your booking option is valid for 7 days more than 30 days before arrival and 24 hours less than 30 days.
If the balance is not paid on the due date, your file will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be made.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Pursuant to Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, all the services offered on this site are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Consequently, the accommodation and leisure services ordered on the site are exclusively subject to the attached cancellation conditions.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt) to the Sunêlia l’Orangerie de Lanniron. In the event of cancellation, you will be charged, or you will remain liable for:
✔ The booking fee
✔ An amount corresponding to the deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay, in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled date of your arrival.
✔ The full cost of your stay, in the event of cancellation less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, or if you do not show up on that date.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
✔ Accommodation: arrival after 5pm and departure before 10am.
✔ Camping: arrival after 2pm and departure before 12pm.
✔ Exceeding these times will result in an additional night being charged.
✔ In case of late arrival or early departure, the invoice will be established on the basis of the arrival and departure dates defined at the time of booking. If you do not show up, after 48 hours without any news from you in writing, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to any refund.
PETS
Pets are accepted in certain accommodations and cannot be more than 2. Category 1 and 2 dogs (or similar) are not allowed. An up-to-date vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival. Dogs must be kept on a lead on the estate and are not allowed in the communal areas. Please inform us of their presence at the time of booking, a supplement per day and per animal will then be requested. Please also refer to our website www.lanniron.com or contact us to find out in which categories of accommodation pets are allowed.
MODIFICATION
Any modification must be validated by our services. If necessary, it may be subject to additional invoicing. In the event of external events beyond our control, we may have to modify or cancel your stay. We will then offer you, depending on availability, an equivalent stay with different dates or accommodation.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
All clients are required to comply with the internal regulations.
DISPUTE – CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the professional's Customer Relations Department).

RIGHT TO IMAGE
During your stay at L'Orangerie de Lanniron, you may be photographed or filmed for the design and production of our publicity
brochures, unless you notify reception in writing on arrival that you object to this practice.
