Long-term camping stay in Finistère: how does it work?

At the Sunêlia l’Orangerie de Lanniron campground in Quimper (Finistère), we offer mobile homes, furnished studios, and houses for long-term rental.

The preferential long-term rate applies to rentals of three months or longer. Long-term rentals are available exclusively from September 1 through June 30.

To qualify, a tenant application must be submitted. A furnished rental agreement is then drawn up as a matter of course. Our long-term tenants pay no application fees, agency fees, housing tax, or visitor’s tax.

An initial property inspection is conducted upon each move-in, along with a reading of the utility meters (electricity and gas).

Our selection of mobile homes for long-term rental

The mobile homes are fully furnished and equipped.

They feature two or three bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open kitchen, and a bright living area, accommodating 4 to 6 people.

Heaters are provided in every room, and some models also feature reversible air conditioning; the windows are double-glazed.

All our accommodations have a terrace (partially covered, depending on the model) with outdoor tables and chairs.

Mobile homes are available from September 1 through June 30. They are suitable for individuals, families, and groups of friends. Our rentals are considered long-term for stays of three months or longer.

We offer mobile home rentals starting at €500/month.*

(* This rent includes water, as well as 150 kWh of electricity and 8 m³ of gas per month per person).

A surcharge applies if there are multiple tenants in the unit.

Our selection of studios for long-term rent

The Lanniron estate offers nine furnished, comfortable, and fully equippedstudios for long-term rent , accommodatingone to two people . They are located in a charming, two-story Breton building that has been carefully restored.

Each studio features a private bathroom (with sink, toilet, and shower), a fully equipped kitchenette including dishes, glassware, and small appliances (refrigerator-freezer, microwave, electric cooktop, kettle, and coffee maker), as well as comfortable bedding.

These studios, ranging in size from 28 m² to 33 m², are ideal for students, as well as for singles or couples in need of temporary housing in the Quimper area.

Our studios are available from September 1 through June 30, and rentals are considered long-term for stays of at least three months.

Rent for these apartments ranges from €529 to €605 per month, per person*.

* This rate includes water and 150 kWh of electricity per month. A surcharge will apply for a second tenant.

Our selection of homes for long-term rent

The Orangerie de Lanniron estate offers four charming Breton houses for long-term rental.

Some of these houses are available from September through June and are suitable for both families and roommates.

These homes, ranging in size from 43 m² to 116 m², rent for between €840 and €1,300 per month. These rates are based on two to three tenants, depending on the home. (Rent includes utilities: water, trash collection, and electricity.)
