The Sunêlia l'Orangerie de Lanniron campsite offers furnished mobile homes and studios for long-term rental. This accommodation is only available outside the summer season, from September to June.
Our range of mobile homes for long-term rental
Our mobile homes have a main room, two or three bedrooms, a bathroom, separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, freezer and gas cooker). Each mobile home has double glazing, a heating point in each room and a terrace with garden furniture.
Our prices (minimum 3-month stay) start from €400/month including charges (*) for one person.
(*) Includes 200 kW of electricity and 8 m3 of gas per month. Allow €108 rent for an extra person. Families and adults with children: please contact us.

Our range of studios for long-term furnished rental
We have 10 studios available for long-term rental. They are located on the large farm of the Domaine de Lanniron.
Comfortable and fully equipped, they are suitable for 1 to 2 people and are spread over two floors of a beautiful house.
Each studio has a main room, a private bathroom (with shower, washbasin and WC), a kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, electric hob, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, glassware, etc.) and comfortable bedding. Heating is electric.
Our prices (for a minimum stay of 3 months): from €519 to €595 per month for areas of between 29 m2 and 35 m2.

Our services for your camping comfort
Our long-term guests have access to various services: laundry (payment by coin, CB or tokens), sheet hire, hire of various equipment (barbecue, iron, tennis rackets, etc.), and the possibility of receiving letters and parcels. The reception of the Sunêlia l'Orangerie de Lanniron estate and campsite is open every day (including Sundays) all year round.

FAQ : Long-term camping rentals
Our long-term residents have access to all the campsite's activities and services, especially those open and active at the start and end of the summer season, starting with the aquaparc swimming pool, which opens on 15 May and runs until 15 September. The indoor pool - new for 2024 - will open earlier in the season.
The quality of the accommodation available for long-term rental at the Sunêlia l'Orangerie de Lanniron campsite in Quimper makes it perfect for year-round living. Both mobile homes and studios have double glazing, good insulation and heating in every room. However, long-term rentals are only available between September and June.
