Long-term camping stay in Finistère: how does it work?
At the Sunêlia l’Orangerie de Lanniron campsite in Quimper (Finistère), we offer mobile homes, furnished studios, and houses for long-term rental.
A preferential rate for long-term rentals applies with a minimum stay of three months. Long-term rentals are available exclusively from September 1st to June 30th.
To access these rentals, a tenant file must be created. A furnished rental agreement is then systematically established. Our long-term tenants are not charged application fees, agency fees, housing tax, or tourist tax.
An inventory check is carried out upon each arrival, along with meter readings (electricity and gas).
Our range of mobile homes for long-term rental
The mobile homes are fully furnished and equipped.
They consist of two or three bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, an open kitchen, and a bright living area, with a capacity for 4 to 6 people.
Heating is available in all rooms, and some models also feature reversible air conditioning. The windows are double-glazed.
All of our accommodations have a terrace (semi-covered depending on the model) with garden tables and chairs.
The mobile homes are available from September 1st to June 30th. They are suitable for individuals, families, or shared accommodation. Our rentals are considered long-term, with a minimum stay of three months.
We offer mobile home rentals starting at €500/month.*
(* This rent includes water, 200 kWh of electricity, and 8 m³ of gas per month, per person.)
An additional fee applies if multiple tenants are staying in the accommodation.
Our range of studios for long-term furnished rental
The Lanniron estate offers nine studios for long-term rental, suitable for one to two people. These studios are fully furnished, comfortable, and equipped. They are located in a charming two-story Breton building, carefully restored.
Each studio has a private bathroom (with a sink, toilet, and shower), a kitchenette equipped with dishes, glassware, and small appliances (fridge-freezer, microwave, electric hob, kettle, coffee maker), as well as comfortable bedding.
These studios are ideal for students, but also for individuals or couples in need of temporary accommodation in the Quimper region.
Our studios are available from September 1st to June 30th, and rentals are considered long-term with a minimum stay of three months.
The rent for these studios ranges from €529 to €605 per month, per person*.
*This rate includes water and 200 kWh of electricity per month. An additional charge will apply if a second tenant occupies the studio.
Our offer of long-term rental houses
The Orangerie de Lanniron estate offers four charming Breton houses for long-term rental.
Some of these houses are available from September to June and are suitable for families or shared accommodations.
These houses, with sizes ranging from 43m² to 116m², are rented at €840 to €1,300 per month. These rates include accommodation for two to three tenants, depending on the house. (The rent covers charges: water, waste, and electricity.)
All of our houses are fully furnished and equipped, featuring spacious living areas, a fully fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, etc.), comfortable bedding, a terrace, garden furniture, and private outdoor space.

FAQ : Long-term camping rentals
Our long-term residents have access to all the campsite's activities and services, especially those open and active at the start and end of the summer season, starting with the aquaparc swimming pool, which opens on 15 May and runs until 15 September. The indoor pool - new for 2024 - will open earlier in the season.
The quality of the accommodation available for long-term rental at the Sunêlia l'Orangerie de Lanniron campsite in Quimper makes it perfect for year-round living. Both mobile homes and studios have double glazing, good insulation and heating in every room. However, long-term rentals are only available between September and June.
The range of accommodation we offer for long-term rental from September to June, outside the summer season, consists of mobile homes (2 and 3 bedrooms, from 29 m2 to 40 m2) or studios (from 29 m2 to 35 m2).
